"While the house in Gearhart was in the process of being painted, it was pointed out to us that above the header on the garage had a dry rot issue. Antonio and his crew got to work removing the sheet rock inside the garage, the siding on the outside and the rotted beam above the garage. They installed a new beam, replaced the old sheet rock and siding and added a metal strip on the header to keep out the rain. All, at a very fair price. I would recommend Antonio and his crew to anyone who wants quality, professionally done."

"The job was to paint all exterior trim, windows and doors. They discovered severely damaged wood during the prep process and took the time to show me and explain all my options. Some of the replacement fascia board was extremely difficult to replace due to my roof design. They were able to do the work and perform to my high standards! "We hired Antonio to paint our house in Long Beach this last July. It was a big project, as the house is two stories with a wrap-around deck and stairs. The first day he and his crew moved three large stacks of firewood away from the house for us and pressure washed the entire house and deck. He waited several days to insure everything was dry, and returned to begin painting. Once getting into it further, wood rot was discovered in several places, a main beam and main support beam needed replacing, and the fascia separating the two colors in the front of the house had been installed improperly in the past, and so it needed replacing the correct way to keep the house from future water damage. Antonio addressed each problem to us and received permission before proceeding with any reconstruction. He and his crew are not only painters, but also very good carpenters. Needless to say, the job lasted longer than he had anticipated, but yet everyone still took the time to get every detail right. The house looks great! They even painted the underside of the stairs, and stained the underside of the deck. We will certainly call Antonio the next time we need any major home repair or paint, and recommend him to anyone along the Peninsula or Northern Oregon coast."

Even though they were involved with a large contract job, they agreed to paint some rooms in my new house in the evenings so that it would be finished before the furniture arrived. One wall needed quite a bit of repair before painting and it turned out looking great. I found a few areas that needed touching up and they were done quickly and pleasantly. Antonio also offered to paint an outside porch railing that was weathered and now presents a nice appearance to my entryway. “We own a small boutique motel and several vacation rentals. Jose Antonio and his crew have been nothing but professional from the moment they stepped on our property, taking care to never track even the smallest amount of dirt into our lobby. Another thing that stood out was they called when they were running 15 minutes behind schedule. I deal with contractors regularly and no one has ever called when they were running late.

However what I appropriated most was their expertise at being able to diagnose our problem quickly. Other contractors had difficulty but they discovered the problem immediately and as a result saved us a large amount of money and heartache. The repair was flawless as well.
